Coaching with me gives you an undisturbed and conversational space to talk through the obstacles and challenges your are experiencing in your professional life, and to cultivate your self-leadership skills for everyday life and long lasting change

My Approach

1:1 Individual Coaching

Our conversations will unlock your thinking and recognise the capabilities that you already hold. As your coach I'm not here to dictate and provide you with the answers. I’m here to facilitate a relationship to help you find your own ideas, confidence and next steps you need for moving forward. 

I will listen without assumption and judgement. This space is for you to be heard. I will reflect back what I’m hearing and ask you questions to guide you to explore your experience and thinking. 

I do not prescribe advice. As our working relationship develops I may offer positive psychology and self leadership-based concepts and exercises. These are only ever an offer of ideas - these are for you to take as you wish. I may also offer homework for the time in between our sessions - many people find this helpful for accountability and taking notes during the week. This may not be for you. 

Our sessions together give you undisturbed dedicated time and support to work through your challenge and change. 

Our sessions are also there to talk through anything you would like. Some weeks you might feel like talking through a new idea, encounter or challenge. There is no expectation and pressure from me. The space and time is yours. 

We will create an environment where you can feel supported to explore, reach the core of your challenge and see what you truly want

How It Works

So what would be the next steps?

The first step is to get in touch to arrange a free no obligation consultation. This is roughly a 30-40 minute phone or video call with me to explore what you might be looking for from coaching, to hear from me, and ask any questions you may have. If you are based in the East and Central London areas I offer a meet in-person get together - please contact me via email or Linkedin to arrange. 

If we are both happy and you decide to go ahead I will send you everything you need to get started and book your first session.

Your investment is in the form of a package of sessions. A coaching relationship lasts for a minimum of 3 months with an option for recontracting to 6 months and also beyond year. Coaching for 3 months usually comprises 6 sessions of one hour once a fortnight. This does vary and can be changed within reason - I meet with those who wish to meet once a week and every three weeks. A minimum of 3-6 months is a suitable amount of time to steadily work through challenges and to reflect on the changes together as they begin to take shape. 

In each session we will start by checking in on what you would like to explore and conclude by confirming your key takeaways and any actions. I will move wherever you would like the conversation to go.

3 month coaching package

60-75-minute 1:1 sessions commonly held every two weeks, or once a week. 

An action & reflection sheet to complement our 1:1 sessions. Additional exercises and resources may be shared when appropriate, however this is completely up to you. 

Email support between sessions

Extra sessions can be booked in at an additional cost. 

Payment options available

*This is the minimum recommended lifespan of a coaching relationship to offer real value. If you would like to continue together after 3 months we can recontract for another package.

6 month coaching package

60-75 minute 1:1 sessions commonly held every two weeks, or once a week.

An action & reflection sheet to complement our 1:1 sessions. Additional exercises and resources may be shared when appropriate, however there is no obligation for you to use these

Email support between sessions 

Extra sessions can be booked in at an additional cost
